Wow. I am terrible at this blogging thing. But I have recently been inspired to turn over a new leaf and get back to it. Here's to a fresh start, and what better time than our busiest season ever!? We are engrossed in football, and school is in full swing. Being 2 teachers, and a football coach causes this (my favorite time of year) to be absolute CHAOS! The good news is, our big boy (18 months old) is a great balance to all the work that has to be done. It's hard to focus on dishes in the sink, laundry (neverending), or lesson plans when a little guy is flashing you his sweet smile "Mama?" "Ball?" He's pretty precious, and I've discovered that kids have a way of keeping our lives in perspective. See, it's moments like the one in that picture that remind me to just stop and enjoy my family.
